The Automatic Centrifugal Basket Mill ACBM by The Food Machinery Company Ltd is designed to automate the sorting and handling of vegetable baskets behind a vegetable washing machine. Made entirely of stainless steel, it ensures hygiene and durability. The basket mill includes three centrifugal baskets that can process up to 4 baskets per minute. When an empty basket is placed, an optical sensor detects when a basket is full, ensuring seamless operation. The full baskets can then be transferred to the centrifugal vegetable drying machine, supported by a feed hopper and rubber scraper, which controls the flow of vegetables from the conveyor belt.
