The CAM ASB38 is an automatic bundler designed for the collation and bundling of various products, including cartons, bottles, and trays, in any arrangement. Its compact design and simple operation are backed by CAM’s well-proven engineering standards. The machine uses a single reel of wrapping material which reduces changeover times, and an electromechanical stretching system ensures constant band tension regardless of reel diameter. With a single sealing position that improves the package appearance, the ASB38 guarantees a uniform and excellent seal through its sealing bar and film brake unit. The in-line infeed system features a conveyor belt and pneumatic collation, transferring products for wrapping and stretching before sealing. It can use stretchable or shrinkable films, with an optional heat-shrinking tunnel TRM38 for shrinkable “sleeve” wrapping. The ASB38’s versatility allows for various collation systems and special product handling versions, making it ideal for industries requiring reliable and efficient bundling solutions.
