The AMICUS® DEPAL Edition from Haver & Boecker is an advanced depalletizer designed for feeding empty bags into packing machines. The system includes a robot arm with an innovative gripping tool, a camera system, and control system. It rapidly detects and securely grips unstrapped empty bag bundles on pallets. The tool moves under the bag bundle, then grips and places them on the deposit table of the RADIMAT® automatic bag applicator or a conveyor. This is repeated continuously for a reliable and efficient process. It can handle up to 6,000 bags per hour and ensures stable cycle times. For safety, the system is equipped with FANUC Dual Check Safety (DCS) software, which monitors workspaces and axis areas, including speed, power, and force limits.
