Featuring a servo-powered breech system, it provides exceptional compression, allowing meats like beef to change shape to fit the horn. This process improves the uniformity of product shapes and enhances cooking yields and consistency. With a lengthy 32” (812 mm) breech and a maximum inside diameter of 7” (178 mm), it offers flexibility to run shirred casings, roll stock films, or nets. The system precisely cuts the tail length of each package to .745” (18.9 mm), contributing to material savings. Suitable for deli meats, ham, whole muscle meats, netted meats, poultry, vegan deli meats, and vegan ham, the TIPPER TIE TN4200 ensures high slicing yields and reduced labor costs due to its single-operator design.
