The cutter is equipped with a waterproof box and motor protection cover, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. Its components include housing, conveyor, and both longitudinal and vertical blade mechanisms, making it compatible with existing production lines for efficient workflows. Constructed from food-grade AISI316L material, the cutter weighs 370 kg and occupies a floor space of 2650×950 mm with an adjustable height. It is capable of processing up to 3000 kg/h with a power consumption of 4.28 kW, and its design is resistant to environmental factors and marine climate.
