The PHA semi-automatic hamburger attachment from Minerva Omega Group Italy is designed for efficient hamburger patty formation. This attachment is compatible with mincers that have a barrel type 32, including models TL, TF, TU, TH, TZ, and TX. The attachment stops and restarts automatically, ensuring continuous operation. The minced meat is pushed by a worm to fill one of the two round forms in the disc. Once filled, a proximity switch halts the mincer, and the disc can be rotated 180° to restart the process automatically. This attachment shapes round hamburgers with a diameter of 100 mm, 12 mm in thickness, and approximately 100 g in weight. It can produce up to 30 hamburgers per minute, significantly boosting productivity.
