The automatic pomegranate peeling and separating system from Taizy Food Machinery efficiently peels the husk off pomegranates while extracting clean seeds. This system employs an upper crushing device made of stainless steel with adjustable rollers, reducing seed damage. The two-stage crushing process ensures minimal tannin content, making the juice less bitter. Adjustable gaps (22-30mm for initial crush, 15-22mm for finer crush) allow for precise processing tailored to different pomegranate sizes. The seeds are then separated from the husk using a separation shaft and rotating screen, retaining most of the juice with up to 1000 kg/h capacity. This solution is particularly suitable for beverage and liquor processing industries, offering frequency conversion control for tailored operational speeds.
