The Plate and Sheet Filter for Beer – Master from Easybrau-Velo (Omnia Technologies) is engineered for efficient beer filtration. Its frame is made of steel with a coated stainless steel finish, and different models are designed to cater to varied production scales. The 40 model is mobile, with wheels for easy movement, while the 60-100 and 120 models have a fixed base. All models come with stainless steel valves, control instruments, and a drip-collecting tray. The filter plates, which are steam sterilizable and sanitary, are available in stainless steel for all models, and optionally in plastic for the 40 and 60 models. The Master series features a manual screw-down closing system with an optional manual hydraulic closer for the 40 and 60 models, while the 60-100 and 120 models use a hydraulic closing system with a hydraulic unit. This ensures flexibility and robust operation for various brewery sizes and needs.
