Pharmaceutical delidding equipment

In pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintaining sterility while removing protective packaging from ready-to-fill containers is critical. Sterility must be preserved during the delidding process to ensure aseptic conditions for subsequent filling and processing.

Ensure sterile delidding with heat and vacuum technology

The Hull i-Dositecno Ready-to-Use (RTU) Manual and Semi-Automatic Equipment for Delidding from SP I-docitecno is designed to meet stringent sterility requirements. This equipment successfully removes lids and liners from pre-sterilized containers utilizing heat and a vacuum gun. The heating element softens the adhesive, minimizing particulate generation, while the vacuum gun efficiently removes and disposes of the packaging. The system, engineered from high-grade stainless steel, can delid up to 6,000 units per hour. Fully compatible with Siemens or Allen Bradley HMI or PLC-controlled servo motors, the equipment ensures precise control over delidding speed and height. Designed to integrate seamlessly into existing fill-finish lines, it also complies with cGMP, Annex 1, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5, providing validation packages for Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ). Optional manual or automatic de-bagging units are also available.
