The Hybrid Layer Pad from JBT is designed for use with Super-Agi™ agitating retorts. It securely holds irregularly shaped bottles or containers during the sterilization process, ensuring they look as good after the process as when they first entered the retort. The pad combines a specially formulated silicone layer with a rigid, corrosion-resistant aluminum backing plate. This silicone layer ensures compatibility with bottle cap lacquers, preventing scratches, and offers flexibility for bottles with small height variations. With 16 suction cup pick-up points, the hybrid layer pad facilitates automated loading. Designed to fit basket sizes for the 1400 and 1500 SuperAgi models, the pad measures 37.6” x 37.6” x 0.23”.
