High-temperature laboratory furnace for precise heating applications
In research and industrial laboratories, achieving high and stable temperatures quickly and efficiently is crucial for applications such as material testing, synthesis, and thermal processing. Traditional furnaces may struggle with rapid heating rates and temperature stability, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors.
Attain precise high-temperature conditions
The RHF range from Carbolite Gero offers high-temperature laboratory furnaces designed with silicon carbide heating elements, available in four chamber sizes and three maximum operating temperatures of 1400 °C, 1500 °C, and 1600 °C. These furnaces can reach 1400 °C in under 40 minutes, providing rapid heating with robust construction for long, reliable operation. Each furnace features a vertical lift door to keep heated surfaces away from users and a soft-closing door mechanism for the 3 and 8-liter models. The chambers come in volumes of 3, 8, 15, and 35 liters, with low thermal mass insulation for high energy efficiency. Optional advanced digital controllers and data loggers offer precise control and monitoring capabilities. This furnace is ideal for laboratories needing consistent high temperatures for extended periods.
