High frequency internal vibrator for concrete compaction
In large-scale concrete construction projects, achieving homogeneous compaction is crucial to prevent air pockets and ensure structural integrity. Conventional equipment often falls short in providing the required high-frequency vibrations to quickly and effectively remove air bubbles from concrete mixtures.

Enhance concrete compaction with high-frequency vibrations
The EWO Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrator from WAMGROUP is designed for robust concrete compaction. This vibrator includes a small electronic frequency converter integrated into its power cable, allowing it to connect to a single-phase mains socket. It is characterized by high centrifugal force, constant speed, and increased wear resistance, suitable for the most consistent types of concrete and continuous use. The unit includes a 10-meter electric cable and a 5-meter reinforced operating hose. The high-frequency motor, embedded in the vibrator head, provides a nominal frequency of 12,000 vibrations per minute. A key pad with IP66 protection ensures durability, and the entire system is protected against overload, overvoltage, excessive temperature, and short circuits. The led indicator provides real-time status updates, assisting in efficient operation. This vibrator is ideal for use in the construction and civil engineering sectors, offering a comprehensive solution for both private and civil construction needs. The EWO range features head diameters between 38 to 65 mm, with centrifugal forces from 1,700 N to 7,330 N, and an efficiency diameter range of 45 to 110 mm.
