The Lubo ONP Starscreen by Bollegraaf is a high-capacity screen designed to separate different paper sizes, such as A4 or A5, from a 3D flow. The screen features unique rubber stars mounted on solid steel axles, reducing the occurrence of film or stringy material wrapping and minimizing maintenance time. Its setup includes a single screening deck within a steel structure angled between 38° and 45°, capable of being customized by adjusting the star settings on the axles. The Lubo Quick Disconnect System allows for fast shaft changes, contributing to the machine’s overall ease of operation. It is specially designed to deliver low operational costs, consume less energy, and increase productivity across a full production shift.
