The SANOVO Farmpacker 40 is an efficient egg packing solution designed to handle and pack up to 14,400 eggs per hour. This compact system, occupying only 5.4 m2, operates on single-phase 230V AC power and demands minimal energy (0.3 kVA). Its robust stainless steel design with fewer moving parts utilizes natural flow and gravity to gently orient and pack eggs point down into trays. The simple control interface, featuring easy snap-on and snap-off rollers, facilitates quick maintenance and reliable operation. Safety is prioritized, as the system automatically halts if the cover is opened during operation. A denester and an optional Traystacker SX20 can enhance operating ease and reduce manual workload. This system guarantees gentle egg handling and minimizes stress or damage to the eggs.
