The Case Closer CC-41 from Pattyn is designed to automate the folding and sealing of top case flaps using tape. This system integrates seamlessly with related software, allowing for message visualization on a single HMI when combined with a bag closer. For standalone operations, it features a separate 15” HMI. It offers a high-speed operation of up to 18 cases per minute and includes adjustable box pressing before taping, in- and outfeed guarding, and a multicolour warning light. Optional features like a floating taper head enhance its reliability and convenience. Suitable for various box dimensions, the machine ensures precise, controlled case closing and reduces maintenance costs.
