The LSC-LDC by GEA is a specialized solution designed to receive sheets from preceding processes and calibrate them to the desired thickness. With a centralized system to control sheet thickness, the LSC-LDC maintains uniformity even on the edges, ensuring a precision of ±0.05 mm. The rollers accommodate sheet widths ranging from 300 to 1200 mm and can handle capacities from 150 to 1200 kg/h. Constructed with stainless-steel for full washability, it also features four adjustable feet for fine-tuning. An optional before-incision group can be added for specific applications.
