This machine handles up to 4,800 pieces per hour with adjustable speed, ensuring high processing speed and optimal cutting results. The chicory is manually inserted into holders on a specially designed infeed belt, which transports the chicory to the cutting section in an optimal position. This secured positioning results in a clean cut and reduces the need for additional personnel or final cutting. The CRC 200 is also adaptable to cut other long products such as leeks and carrots.
