The Pattyn XL Case Erector CE-21-XL is designed to automatically form new or re-used RSC boxes or telescopic boxes, making it a crucial addition to high-capacity packaging lines. It is available in hot melt or tape execution, with the hot melt option enabling continuous production, low running costs, and stable case transport. With a capability of up to 90 cases per hour, the machine’s automatic infeed of cartons on a pallet and outfeed of empty pallets ensure uninterrupted operation. This system eliminates the need for storage space for preassembled boxes as it forms boxes just in time, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual labor.
