Automated case erector for cardboard boxes

Packaging operations often involve manual processes that increase labor costs and inefficiencies. Issues like crushed cartons and misalignment can cause downtime and waste, leading to higher operating costs and delays in distribution.

Form and close cardboard boxes with precision

The Case Erector CE-31 by Pattyn is an automated system designed to form cardboard boxes with lengths up to 730mm. Equipped with options for both hot melt or tape execution, it ensures stable case transport by securely closing bottom flaps using hot melt. The machine promises continuous production with minimal running costs. Its design accommodates thin cartons, and it provides easy format changeover with just five adjustments. The CE-31 runs at capacities of up to 16 cases per minute with the hot melt configuration and up to 12 cases per minute with tape, which is upgradeable to 16 cases per minute. A 15-inch HMI touchscreen further enhances operator convenience.
