Preparing your dough products with a moulding machine guarantees a uniform shape, weight and size. A sheeter gently flattens the dough mix to a thin piece as it passes through a series of rollers. The sheet is then cut into the specified shape and, depending on your final product, may be rolled on itself using a curling chain. Other ingredients may be added before the products are conveyed for baking or freezing.
