Enrobing your food products means coating them with additional ingredients such as chocolate, syrup, or sugar. By automating this process you produced homogeneous results and reduce wastage. Items are fed to the enrobing machine to be fully or partially covered. Following this, a blower and an agitator combine to shake any excess coating off the individual products.
