Drying meat was the prevalent method of conserving meat cuts when food could not be chilled. But dried meat products developed into delicacies and remained a culinary mainstay long after the functional need for preservation was answered with refrigeration. The ancient techniques have been replaced by dried meat processing equipment, but the time-honored recipes remain unchanged.

The advanced rotating base design (with centrifuge and blowing module) is carefully structured to offer high sanitary solutions with optimized performance due to the thorough 360°C cleanse<span class="apple-converted-space">. </span>

The BF Series unit comes with a powerful booster pump (1.5kW) with stainless steel sprayers and pipes. This system is seamlessly designed to ensure a complete cycle at 85 °C, thus ascertaining thermal disinfection.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>

The unit is efficient in washing time (ranging from 30 seconds to 12 minutes), can rinse up to 20” with a centrifuge of up to 40”. It comes with AISI 304 high-power wash pumps (7.5 kW for BF1500 to 11kW for BF1800, BF2000, BF2200). High hygiene standards are employed by orienting the pump vertically, enabling the consistent discharge of the washing circuit. This reduces the contamination risk that comes with horizontal orientations. Additionally, the remarkable centrifuge efficiently controls the water usage and adds to the cost-effectiveness. The system has a 1.5 minute suction time, allowing quick drying for metallic materials.

The product also has a blowing module option, with four pressure pumps (5.5kW each at 2200 cm/h flow rate, 150 mbar prevalence). The optimal drying process for the metallic materials is achieved at 60°C. While for plastic, the system raises air temperature from 90-100°C via the optional blowing module.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>

Therefore, a self-contained automatic washing system is required in any food production facility that is highly regulated and must meet hygiene standards.


<h2>Cost-effective washing solution for knives, pans, trays, and crates</h2>
The LP by Velox Barchitta is a stainless steel washing solution for a wide range of utensils, and everyday appliances such as knives, pans, trays, and crates. Designed especially for the food manufacturing industry, all 11 of the LP models have been engineered to meet the washing demands when quick and careful washing is needed.

Available in sizes ranging from 500x500mm to 1050x640mm and tank capacity between 45 - 90L, the LP series can comfortably meet industry standard sanitary needs of any consumables manufacturing business. Furthermore, each of the models is equipped with a special system of rotating pressed inox steel arms that are placed on the upper and lower part of the objects to be washed. This allows powerful water jets to sanitize every possible hidden corner.

Within the “meat sector” a special “peaks control kit” will allow the washing temperature to be constantly maintained between 48 and 51 °C , which is necessary for preventing cross-contamination. The LP Series is completely produced in Inox Steel AISI 304 and it complies with all the international safety standards in force.

Besides, each of the LP models are equipped with a steam exhauster, which can be positioned on the chimney that is controlled by a timer; at cycle end, it will avoid the release of any steam to ensure that the temperature within the food facility is not compromised.

When it comes to sanitizing the unit itself, the LP models have an integrated external sprayer with a spray gun, which allows to make daily cleaning of the system easy.

The LCT A series by Velox Barchitta are a number of tunnel washing systems with continuous conveying in three dimensions of inner width 600 mm, 820 mm, 1100 mm with height of up to 500 mm.

The models that are part of the LCT A series can comfortably wash anywhere between 600 to 5000 crates per hour. Furthermore, if needed, they can be equipped with either standard or motorized blowers and a drying system that is 100% effective.

As per washing capabilities, the LCT a 60 210 GR unit is engineered to wash with an increased level of water abrasion. Therefore, when the crates are washed, the cleaning performance will be the same as if they were washed with a brush. This will reduce the costs for any detergent, power, and time.

All units are also integrated with a micro economizer, which makes the system most cost-efficient, a safety clutch on the belt with vertical pumps, which allow the system to completely drain away all of the wash water.

Moreover, the units are completely insulated and controlled by PLC with touch screen through which the operative can manage software with alarms, control parameters, and reports.
